ATLAS · ARCHITECTURAL INTELLIGENCE

One model. Every discipline. The documents at the end.

Design work does not fail at the idea. It fails between the disciplines, and again between the model and the paperwork. ATLAS is built to hold that whole distance in one place.

  • Architecture and drawing
  • Structure and reinforcement
  • Thermal envelope
  • Cost to the public-works norm

Engines that compute, not templates that look finished.

A demonstration of the product direction. ATLAS is in active internal development.

A night architectural scene: a building rendered in warm light, its structure and service systems drawn as luminous lines running through the form.

WHAT IT IS FOR

The distance between the intent and the document.

An architect decides. An engineer verifies. A cost estimate follows a norm. A written piece has to say the same thing as the drawing. ATLAS exists so that distance is travelled by one model instead of four disconnected tools and a person re-typing.

WHO IT IS FOR

People who sign the drawings.

  • ArchitectsDesign carried through without losing the intent.
  • Structural engineersLoads, reinforcement rules and take-off from the same model.
  • Building services engineersServices coordinated inside the model, not beside it.
  • Project coordinatorsOne place where drawings, written pieces and cost agree.
  • Practices producing documentationOutput that reaches the formats a file actually needs.

WHAT IS REAL TODAY

Engines, and what each one is allowed to claim.

Every line below carries its own status. Nothing is written up to sound further along than it is.

  • Cost estimate to the public-works norm

    Implemented

A cost document generator that follows the Romanian public-works structure rather than a spreadsheet habit.

One jurisdiction. Not a universal cost engine.

  • Reinforcement rules

    Implemented

Bar take-off and shaping derived from codified rules, so the schedule follows the model instead of being drawn twice.

Rules and take-off. Not full structural design.

  • Thermal envelope

    Implemented

The envelope is computed from the model, not estimated.

  • Structural loads

    Implemented

Load cases computed on the same geometry the drawings use.

  • 2D architectural drawing engine

    Implemented

Layer-based rendering: the drawing is generated from the model, layer by layer, at stated fidelity.

Two dimensions. A full 3D pipeline is not claimed.

  • Written pieces and specifications

    Implemented

Technical memoranda and specifications produced with the drawings.

    Generation. Not legal review.

  • Output to DXF and DOCX

    Implemented

Work leaves the model in the formats a project file accepts.

    Two formats, not every format.

  • Building services in the same model

    Partial

Services are treated as part of the model rather than a later overlay.

Coordinated as a direction. Not a closed discipline.

  • Verification and compliance

    Partial

Where a norm is codified, the output follows it.

No general compliance engine. Universal compliance is not claimed.

  • Energy

    Direction

Energy performance belongs in the same model as the envelope.

Reached today only through the thermal envelope.

  • Intent to coordination to document, end to end

    Direction

The whole chain travelled once, by one model.

The engines exist. The chain is not proven end to end.

Demonstrated: effect verified by a gate. Implemented: canonical code, wired. Partial: exists, with the limit stated. Direction: the goal, not a delivered capability.

BUILT ON THE ELDER

What the core contributes.

ATLAS is not a separate application that happens to sit near THE ELDER. It uses the same core.

  • MemoryA project keeps its context between sessions.
  • OrchestrationEngines are called in order, not by hand.
  • Governed authorityMaterial actions stay with the Owner.
  • AuditWhat was produced, and from which inputs.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

The limits, said plainly.

A page that only lists strengths is a page that cannot be trusted.

  • ATLAS does not certify a project and does not replace a verifier.
  • Compliance is followed where a norm is codified. Universal compliance is not claimed.
  • The cost engine follows one jurisdiction.
  • No client project, drawing or file from real work is shown here.
  • Availability and depth differ by discipline.

STATE OF THE DEMONSTRATION

What this page is.

This page presents the direction of ATLAS and the part of it that already exists as working code inside the platform.

It is not a commercial offer, and it does not claim that ATLAS can be bought and used end to end today.

Access begins with an evaluation of the context, the disciplines involved and the documents the work has to produce.
